Japanese Classes
Elementary Japanese (JAPN 1010)
This introduced students to the writing systems of Japanese and taught the basic sentence structures.
Elementary Japanese (JAPN 1020)
This continued JAPN 1010
Intermediate Japanese (JAPN 2010)
This started introducing a bit more challenging vocabulary and grammar structures
Intermediate Japanese (JAPN 2020)
This continued ideas from JAPN 2010
Japanese Conversation (JAPN 3050)
​This introduced a more advanced vocabulary and taught practical language skills
Japanese Conversation (JAPN 3060)
This continued the ideas from Japn 3050
Japanese for International Business (JAPN 3160)
This introduced grammar and vocabulary in relations to business, while also teaching necessary cultural norms
Japanese for International Business (JAPN 4160)
This teaches more business vocabulary and more advanced grammar through case studies of popular businesses
Business Classes
Marketing and Society (Mkt 3030)
This introduced students to understand global challenges and how marketing interacts with society.
International Management (Mgt 4230)
This teaches how to handle things like exporting and foreign investments between different countries.
International Marketing (Mkt 4270)
This shows students to ensure that when marketing to other countries they understand cultural norms and the history of a country
Business Calculus (Math 1020 )
This introduced students to the beginnings of business calculus. With a focus on graphing
Business Calculus II (Math 2070)
A continuation of Math 1020
Principles of Microeconomics (Econ 2210)
Introduced microeconomics and allows students to understand how their chooses work
Principles of Macroeconomics (Econ 2120)
Expands the ideas from Econ 2210 but looking at the topics from a larger viewpoint
Consumer Behavior (Mkt 3020)
This explains more of how consumers make their decisions with marketing

Science Fiction (Engl 3560)
Allows students to see how technology can be used in fiction and expands on some social issues.
History of Modern Japan (Hist 3330)
This allowed students to learn and understand the History of Japan from 19th century to now.
Intro to Japanese Literature (Japn 4060)
This introduces students to Japanese literature with a final translation project.
